Fans of Grand Theft Auto who have been eagerly awaiting the second trailer for GTA 6 have now received disappointing news.
Recently, speculation circulated in the GTA community based on Anita Ward’s Spotify page. There, the GTA 6 logo could be seen on the 1979 hit Ring My Bell by Anita Ward.
The connection between the logo and the song naturally triggered speculation. It was assumed that the song could either accompany the second trailer for GTA 6 or appear as a radio song in the game.
However, it has now been confirmed that the logo change was made without Anita Ward’s knowledge.
“Ring My Bell will not be in the second trailer or on the radio station,” reads the update on this topic.
All speculation has thus been declared unfounded. Although the possibility for future agreements remains open, there are currently no official agreements or negotiations.
Although the song is a classic, there is now no basis to believe that the song will appear in the game.
As the song must also have been taken as a reference to the imminent release of trailer 2 for GTA 6, there is now the realization that we will probably have to be patient for a while yet. The second trailer will probably only be released later in the year, if it is released at all this year.
