So far, the map of GTA 6 has not been officially shared with the public by Rockstar Games.
How big is the GTA 6 map?
Based on the leaks from September 2022, a Reddit user estimates that the grid size of the GTA 6 map will be over 200 square meters.
For comparison: the game world of GTA 5 is around 81 square kilometers without water.
If these initial estimates are correct, then GTA 6 would be more than twice as big as its predecessor.
However, as this is not official information from the developer, this information should be taken with a grain of salt.

How will the game world turn out?
Similar to GTA 5, you can expect one or more large cities on the one hand, while there are also rural regions to explore on the other.
These included cities such as Yorktown or Port Gellhorn, which will either be similar in size to Los Santos or even bigger. However, it is highly likely that Vice City will be by far the largest city in GTA 6 and will probably be up to three times the size of Los Santos.
